In Chrome, copy-paste chrome://settings/content/camera to Chrome’s address bar and select Man圜am Virtual Webcam as a camera option in the opened settings page. To choose Man圜am as the audio source, select 'Man圜am Virtual Microphone' in the 'Microphone' dropdown list that appears in the video window. In the 'Camera' dropdown list that appears in the video window, choose 'Man圜am Virtual Webcam' or 'Man圜am Video Source'. 
This mostly happens after browser updates. In Omegle, choose the 'Allow' option in the Adobe Flash Player Settings window. Sometimes, Man圜am’s camera is available in Firefox, while Chrome fails to detect it (in some cases, it’s the other way round, so we suggest checking both browsers).
